Terms and conditions

By enrolling in any of the courses or private lessons, clients agree to accept the terms and conditions below.

 

Before the course starts

The course participant is required to report to one of the course instructors so that we can make a placement assessment.

The prices of the advertised courses and private lessons are binding.

The course fee must be paid before the first lesson of the course (cash payments and TWINT possible). If the course is paid by bank transfer, the full amount must be paid before the start of the course (bring a copy of the bank statement to the first lesson). We will not give lessons if payment has not been made.

Teaching materials will be distributed by the course leader and must be paid for separately.

 

Course confirmation

If desired, course participants will receive a course confirmation if at least 80% of the course has been attended.

 

Insurance

Insurance is the responsibility of the participant. Any liability for damages incurred during organised courses and events of English Tutor are excluded. The use of the facilities is at the participant's own risk. English Tutor cannot be held liable for theft or loss of items.
